Here’s the thing: adults with ADHD often have unique strengths, creativity, empathy, and visionary thinking. (Any other strengths that I missed?) But those strengths shine brightest in environments that allow for collaboration, not micromanagement.
Jodi and I talked about how fostering collaboration leads to better results and healthier teams. (Wait, we can have both?! How cool!) We also shared how playfulness 😜 and joy aren’t distractions; they’re signals of a thriving workplace.
