1-on-1 Coaching Is Ideal For:
- Aspiring Leaders - Professionals who just need accountability
- Driven Individuals - Driven individuals looking for a sounding board
- Lost and Hopeless - Not sure where to turn, are willing to try something new
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get swept away in a river of reactivity. Coaching offers a Beacon of Hope in the darkness. A way to get out of your head, and turn down the negative self-talk. Your coach will provide a sacred space for your brain to slow down, so you can talk through the options in front of you. Then YOU get to decide the best course of action moving forward.
As someone with ADHD, you have been conditioned that you will never live up to your potential. You may feel that you’ve always fallen short, and are starting to lose hope. Partnering with a coach will provide you with a completely unbiased perspective on all of the challenges that you encounter as a result of your ADHD. Perhaps most importantly, Coaching gives you the rare chance to be authentically yourself, without any fear of judgement.
Certified Coach Matthew Sampey specializes in coaching individuals with ADHD, from ambitious young men (ages 17-30) to high-performing adult executives, helping them develop strategies to thrive. As a father of three daughters- two of whom have ADHD- and having been diagnosed at age 40, Matthew brings a personal and compassionate approach to his work.
With over 20 years of experience as a senior executive, he understands the demands of excelling in a competitive environment while managing ADHD. In addition to working with students and professionals, Matthew also coaches parents navigating the challenges of supporting young adults with ADHD.
