1-on-1 ADHD Coaching Is Ideal For:
- Aspiring Leaders - Professionals who just need accountability
- Driven Individuals - Driven individuals looking for a sounding board
- Lost and Hopeless - Not sure where to turn, are willing to try something new
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get swept away in a river of reactivity. Coaching offers a Beacon of Hope in the darkness. A way to get out of your head, and turn down the negative self-talk. Your coach will provide a sacred space for your brain to slow down, so you can talk through the options in front of you. Then YOU get to decide the best course of action moving forward.
As someone with ADHD, you have been conditioned that you will never live up to your potential. You may feel that you’ve always fallen short, and are starting to lose hope. Partnering with a coach will provide you with a completely unbiased perspective on all of the challenges that you encounter as a result of your ADHD. Perhaps most importantly, Coaching gives you the rare chance to be authentically yourself, without any fear of judgement.

Raquel Gonçalves Lubbers is a certified ADHD coach, speaker and former K-12 educator who helps overwhelmed parents move from daily chaos to calm, connected leadership at home and beyond. As a late-diagnosed ADHDer raising a fully neurodivergent, medically complex family, she understands the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together—and the freedom that comes from learning to work with your brain instead of against it.
Raquel blends lived experience with science-backed strategies in executive function, nervous system regulation, and family dynamics. Her signature frameworks—like the 7 Cs of Calm, Connected Living and ST FEAR™—guide families out of reactive survival mode and into Radical Agency, self-trust, connection, and sustainable change.
She’s presented to standing-room-only audiences at the International ADHD Conference and trains professionals nationwide—but her deepest work happens with families, one courageous conversation at a time.
She believes every ADHDer has a hero within—and every hero needs a trusted ally to walk beside them as they rise. The journey begins with peace at home, the launchpad for thriving everywhere. Ready to stop fighting your brain, and start rewriting your story? Let’s chart a new course together.
