For people with ADHD, having someone nearby can provide that extra motivation to push through distractions. It’s not about pressure; it’s about creating a focused environment that makes it easier to stick with the task at hand.

I’ve seen body doubling transform the way my ADHD coaching clients approach their work. It’s especially helpful for tasks you’ve been avoiding. Just having someone there keeps you on track. Personally, it’s a go-to strategy when my to-do list feels overwhelming!
