I was recently interviewed for an article by Employee Benefits News. In the article, we discussed how organizations can create more welcoming work environments to promote neurodiversity. We also covered ways that neurodivergent employees can ask for the support they need to be successful.
I believe that neurodivergent talent has a lot to offer in the workplace. By creating a more neuroinclusive workplace and culture, I am confident that all organizations would experience improvements in morale, retention and results!
