Feeling Frustrated and Fed up with your ADHD? These BIG Changes in the RMC Digital Community Were Designed for You!

You Do Not Want to Miss January 2026!

If you’ve been craving more consistency, more connection, and more real time support around ADHD, January is about to feel very different. In addition to what is coming, RMC has many resources in place for you. Get immediate support to manage ADHD overwhelm right here!

We are making one of the biggest upgrades we have ever made inside the Ryan Mayer Coaching Digital Community, and it is directly based on what this community has been asking for…

Why We’re Making This ADHD Community Change

ADHD does not thrive on “check in when you can.”

It thrives on rhythm.
It thrives on structure.

It thrives on consistency, and momentum.
It thrives on knowing there is a place to show up, even when things feel messy.

That is why starting in January 2026, community coaching inside The Ryan Mayer Coaching Digital Community is moving to a WEEKLY schedule.

This decision came from the same understanding we talk about in Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD): The Hidden Pain of ADHD That Nobody Talks About. When support is inconsistent, many adults with ADHD default to shame, avoidance, or isolation instead of asking for help. Sound familiar? 😰

Weekly community calls will change that pattern.

What Will Weekly ADHD Community Coaching Calls Look Like Moving Forward?

Beginning in January, community coaching will happen every Wednesday from 1:00–1:45pm EST.

Each call will include:
• A check in so you do not have to carry everything alone
• A presenter leading a focused, ADHD friendly topic
• Open discussion and Q&A so real questions get real answers

This is not a lecture.
This is not passive content.
This is a SAFE space to be seen, supported, and equipped.

Introducing the New P.A.L.s Program at RMC

Alongside these RMC Digital Community  updates, we are also launching something brand new at Ryan Mayer Coaching called the P.A.L.s Program.

P.A.L.s stands for Personal Accountability Liaisons.

This program was created for adults with ADHD. You do not need more advice! You need support while doing “the thing” (Tasks you are currently avoiding) Right??

A “P.A.L. session” is a 55 minute focus and accountability call where you work 1-on-1 on a video call, alongside a trained Accountability Partner to
• identify priorities
• sequence tasks
• estimate time realistically
• execute in real time
• stay regulated and focused

P.A.L.s are not therapy, and they are not coaching sessions.

They are structured, human accountability designed to help you follow through. (Real Humans lead to REAL Results!)

Many people in our community have shared that knowing someone is there with them makes the difference between procrastinating and actually starting. The P.A.L.s Program exists to meet that exact need.

This program works beautifully alongside weekly community coaching. Community calls help you learn and reflect. P.A.L.s help you execute.

This is the deepest discount we’ve ever offered, and it is intentionally timed so you can get inside before the WEEKLY Community Calls begin in 2026!

If you have ever watched from the outside thinking
“I should probably be in that room”,
“I just need consistent support”, or
“I do better when I’m not doing this alone”…

This is your window. Will you give yourself a chance to jump into it before it closes? Or will you watch it slam down on your fingers? (Regret hurts – OUCH!)
